This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued., in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W90VN7-23-R-0410 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 13 March 2023. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20221230, effective 30 December 2022. This solicitation is for Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610. No set aside will be used. Product Description: (See Salient Characteristics) PACIFIC Programmable AC Power Source model 360ASX-UPC3/M99074 with transit case. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Three phase, solid state AC power source with programmable controller. Rated output of 16 Arms per phase. Overload rating of 20Arms per phase. "Soft-Start" slow turn-on circuit to limit inrush current when used with 'soft' AC power lines. Rear-panel mounted FSL4-FR female power output receptacle. Special firmware controls AC output voltage and frequency to ensure output power cannot be re-programmed or reset outside of Mil-Std 704 limits. Installed in hardened, stackable transit case with integrated wheels, handles and removeable covers. AC Input Voltage at 208V. Input current 20 arms FSL4 type female receptacle on the rear of the power source. The Pacific Power Source Model 360ASX-UPC3/M99074 AC Power Source with programmable controller was specifically designed to provide the entire fleet with a rapidly deployable means of providing the necessary power requirements for testing and programming of all current and new generation “Smart” weapons. This includes AIM-9X, AMRAAM, JDAM, JSOW, etc. both aboard ship and at various land operational sites. For ready deployment in support of land-based operations, this model is available pre-installed in a hardened, shock mounted, transit case. The 360ASX-UPC3/M99074 MPCU is fully capable of converting utility power or shipboard, 440V, 60Hz three phase power to the Mil-Std 704 required 400Hz, 115V/200V three phase AC power for test purposes. A FSL4-FR type female receptacle installed in a custom junction box on the rear of the AC power source makes connection to the test unit simple and safe.
