Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offers are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: See section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, thecontractor shall submit the "No-of fer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. C.
