This is a non-personal service(s) Base + 4 contract to perform inspection, test, maintenance, and repair (ITMR) of U.S. Government-owned roll-up (high speed), overhead and shutter doors at Kunsan AB, ROK. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and equipment manufacturer’s operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The work and frequency are defined in the Work Schedules (Appendix A). All type of doors generally called ‘overhead or overhead coiling doors’ are here in the PWS grouped into 3 categories, roll-up, overhead and shutters by specific technical requirements. Comparison of these overhead doors is presented in the Appendix B, Comparison Chart of Doors. Typical ITM (inspection, test, and maintenance) work tasks are described in the Appendix D, only for reference purposes. These works include, but are not limited to, the following: preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, installs and other associated overhead door work as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary as defined in this PWS.
