See most recent combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment.***** This is a Work Plan Task Order for the following MATOC Contractors Only: W91QVN-18-D-0080, 0082, 0084, 0085, 0091, 0115 and 0116. Install HVAC System at WRM Wearhouse, Building 975, Kunsan AB, South Korea. The quotation(s) shall include the following requirements- WORK-PLAN CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS: Work?Plan Conceptual Drawings: Conceptual Drawing(s) will be reviewed and Government may make a final determination as to whether the respective drawing(s) is complete or incomplete solely based on Statement of Work (SOW) in this solicitation. Below are minimum requirements as to be considered as complete drawing(s). The contractor shall submit a conceptual drawing set with contractor’s proposal to compete for this work plan SOW. The conceptual drawings shall supplement the scope of work, detailed specifications, and reference drawings which are provided by government in this solicitation. The pricing proposal shall be evaluated to determine whether it is complete and reasonable. A complete and reasonable pricing proposal will be deemed acceptable. The detailed offer breakdown will be used by the contracting officer to determine whether proposed prices are complete and reasonable. A detailed offer breakdown may be used by the contracting officer to determine whether an offeror is able to complete the requirements under the contract, and/or whether discussions will be conducted pursuant to instructions to the offerors. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced offer that is evaluated as acceptable for all evaluation criteria (LPTA). Minimum Requirement for the conceptual drawings MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR WORK PLAN SUBMISSION General The contractor or proposal offeror shall submit the below listed design documents with offeror’s proposal to compete for this work plan task order. The design documents shall supplement the scope of work, detailed specification, design instruction, design criteria, and reference drawings which are provided by government in this task order. Civil – N/A Architectural N/A Mechanical Provide the revised drawings(M-400) containing the requirements below. Install new gas fired condensing boiler included module system and associated pipes and other required components. Install new gas leak detection system & gas leakage alarm system. Install new Gas pressure regulator, Gas meter, Temperature Pressure compensator. Install new Auto gas shut off valve. Install new water treatment system for Natural gas boiler. Electrical N/A
