It was made apparent that there was an issue with the information displayed in attachment one that would adversely impact the overall outcome of contract award. This requirement will be re-solicited at a later date (asap) once the appropriate changes have been made. Reference future combined Synopsis/Solicitation once posted. Take note of the questions due date, offer due date, and item quantity changes.***** Description(s): Trolley Mounted Master Meter, Kunsan AB, South Korea. The quotation(s) shall include the following requirements- A. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL: Quoted items must be qualified/satisfy the salient characteristics. Industrial standard stated in the description/specifications of each item including manufacturer's name and model/part number. Offeror(s) shall provide detailed specification and conceptual drawing (if applicable) to be evaluated for a technical evaluation/acceptability. B. PRICE SCHEDULE: Offeror(s) shall submit the detailed specification for the proposed item with the quotation, even if the quote proposed the same item. Offeror(s) who fail to submit all of the specified information set forth in the solicitation will not be considered for award. QUOTATION INFORMATION & REQUIREMENT NOTE TO POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS: THIS PROCUREMENT WILL RESULT INAN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT VIA WIDE AREA WORK FLOW (WAWF). THELOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE Basis for Award and Evaluation Criteria. The Government will utilize a Lowest PriceTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method for this requirement. The Government will award the procurement to the Offeror whose response is technically acceptable and is at the lowest evaluated price as described in the (RFQ). Subject to the provisions contained herein, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Master Meter resulting from the RFQ, to the Offeror that is deemed responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9.104-1: General Standards, as supplemented, whose quote conforms to the RFQ’s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, and all other information required by the RFQ, and provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable response to satisfy the requirements of this RFQ and the salient characteristics). Responses that fail to satisfactorily address all the requirements set forth in the RFQ and salient characteristics will be considered unacceptable. Prices shall be all inclusive. Prices shall include all fees, labor, processing costs, and any additional expenses.
