The purpose of this amendment is, 1. To correct NTE amt from KW250,000,000 to KW300,000,000 for CLIN 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003 and 4003 2. To change the Para 5.17 to 5.21 that mentioned CMR report for CLIN 0004, 1004, 2004, 3004 and 4004 3. To remove a sentence from the PWS para 5.17 “A base-wide ADT Advantor, or Vindicator security alarm contract is in place to provide inspection,maintenance/repair or replacement services to alarm systems w ithin the Pharmacy, Medical Logistics, Emergency Room and Mental Health” 4. To add POC cell phone information for site visit. Base and 4th Option Years Service Contract. INVITED CONTRACTOR STATUS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT: All sources may submit a proposal or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a proposal or quote, as applicable, including U.S. sources, must already have, or obtain the requisite business license directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Any contractor not already doing business in Korea must submit adequate verification in its initial proposal or quote, that it has the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government to perform the contract and the capacity to conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK LAWS, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If the initial proposal does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror demonstrates this authorization and capacity shall be determined by the Contracting Officer.
