The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, expendable materials, and other items and services necessary to remove, clean, and dispose accumulated sewage, sludge, grease, human wastes and other wastes in the septic tanks, grease traps, lift stations and provide emergency services as defined in this Performance Work Statements (PWS) at Kunsan AB, Republic of Korea. The Contractor shall be responsible to perform the requirements and services of this PWS to the levels and standards in strict accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this contract hereinafter specified and ROK Government Laws and Regulations.
