Refill & Inspection of Gas Cylinder/Tank at Kunsan AB, Korea This is a Pre-Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for refill, test and marking of high-pressure gas cylinder/tank in accordance with the scope of work herein. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, facilities and all materials necessary to perform charging, testing, marking, pickup /delivery of high-pressure gas cylinders specified herein. The contractor shall also comply with the Enforcement Decree of the High-pressure Gas Safety Control Act (???? ????? ???) and Safety Control and Business of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act (??????? ???? ? ???) stipulated by the Minister of Knowledge and Economy (???????) while operating on base.
