Solicitation Amendment W90VN7-21-R-0011 0001, Rental and Cleaning Service of Portable Latrines BPA, Kunsan AB. A. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the "Unit" in the Price Schedule from "EA" to "Day". Offeror shall provide the price per day of service in each service period categories. B. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All sources may submit a proposal or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a proposal or quote, as applicable, including U.S. sources, must already have, or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Any contractor not already doing business in Korea, must submit adequate verification in its initial proposal or quote, that it has the requisite business licenses directly from ROK Government to perform the contract and the capacity to conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK law, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial proposal does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror demonstrates this authorization and capacity shall be determined by the Contracting Officer. The Government may establish BPAs with multiple vendors resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) having submitted the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies all terms and conditions of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make one or multiple awards from this solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA): Period of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer 15 MAR 2021 through 14 MAR 2026, unless the BPA is sooner terminated by either party upon written notification. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to perform RENTAL / CLEANING OF PORTABLE LATRINES, Kunsan AB, Korea.
