This is a Pre-Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for small appliance repair services for government-owned property in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications at Kunsan AB, Republic of Korea (ROK). The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, transportation, supplies, expandable materials, equipment and labor necessary to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, repair installation, removal and replacement of deteriorated parts of government owned appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators and electric/gas ranges at Kunsan AB. Service shall be performed in accordance with this SOW as well as specific procedures described in the manufacturers, repair/maintenance/operating manuals and all applicable federal regulations and laws. The Government may establish BPAs with multiple vendors resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) having submitted the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies all terms and conditions of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make one or multiple awards from this solicitation. BPA(s) estabilishment and order procedure shall be in accordance with FAR 8.405-3, Blanket Purchase Agreements and 8.405-4 Price Reduction.
