The work under project MLWR 19-1050, Install Ladder and Secondary Containment at Aircraft Washrack consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform all the work as shown on the drawings and indicated herein. Construct a permanent steel ladder for fueling point at Aircraft Washrack as per attached drawing. Perform field survey to verify if dimensions given on drawing are site- suitable before ordering construction material, and submit shop drawing for BCE approval before construction. The ladder platform and steps shall be slip resistant, and all ladder material shall be corrosion resistant or protected against corrosion. Comply with applicable criteria in 29 CFR 1910.23 at a minimum.
