The contractor shall provide an onsite operations, maintenance and troubleshooting course for the Motivair Free Cooling Chiller Systems installed at the Flight Simulator Mission Training Facility (B-771) located on Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Training will be provided to HVAC shop personnel by a technician proficient with Motivair systems and with a Motivair certification. This training must not interfere with simulator training operations in any way unless absolutely necessary. Ideally, the course shall span a length of 10 duty days and will have a minimum of 10 HVAC technicians in attendance. Training and troubleshooting, shall include the following but will not be limited to all items listed in section 3.0. The contractor shall provide the attendees with a certificate of training after course completion. The contractor shall also procure all required materials to replace in-operable parts as stated in Attachment 1 for both chiller systems. Additionally, the government will provide daily transportation from the hotel to the training site and process/receive any materials the contractor shipped for training and repair.
