The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to identify potential vendors capable of providing portable air conditioning units suitable for cooling an office space of approximately 2,125 square feet and one space of 500 square feet. The units must meet the following general requirements: Voltage: 110V (not 220V) Cooling Capacity: Sufficient to cool 2,125 square feet of office space. Shipping Destination: Osan Air Base Bldg. 600, Room 204, RCO Sinjang-Ro, Pyeongtaek-Si Kyoungki-do, Osan AB, ROK 17759 This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP). A contract award is not guaranteed as a result of this notice. Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are requested to submit the following information: Company Name Point of Contact (POC) (Name, Email, Phone Number) DUNS Number or Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) CAGE Code Business Size (e.g., Small Business, Large Business) under the applicable NAICS code.
