This is a non-personal services contract for custodial services at the U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey in South Korea. All offerors, including U.S. sources, must already possess or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the Republic of Korea (ROK) government and conduct business in full compliance with all applicable ROK laws. A site visit is scheduled for 23 September 2025 at 0900 KST at Gate #1, Camp Casey, Dong-Du-Cheon. Proposals must include verification of this ROK business authorization and capacity, or they will not be considered for award. All quotes must be submitted in Korean Won.
