The Protestant Director of Music (PDM/Contractor) is responsible for all music support for the Protestant faith community. The PDM will develop, direct, implement, coordinate and evaluate the Protestant worship program for the Osan Air Base Protestant Chapel in South Korea. In consultation with the lead Protestant Chaplain, the PDM will plan all worship music for Sunday worship events, holiday events and special worship services and rites. All music will be planned and performed according to the needs of the Protestant community. The PDM will plan and organize each weekly worship program; and manage all aspects of the worship program. The PDM will also be responsible for leading and directing weekly worship rehearsals, directing volunteer musicians and volunteer worship leaders.
