KITCHEN EXHAUST SYSTEMS CLEANING SERVICE FOR OSAN AIR BASE: To provide kitchen exhaust systems cleaning services on Osan AB. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and other items for necessary services to clean kitchen exhaust system on Osan AB. The contractors must perform the required service in accordance with this PWS, applicable local laws, regulations, codes, technical manuals, manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations, and acceptable commercial practices. The Government reserves the right to add or delete number of buildings during the life of the contract due to new facilities being built and old facilities being demolished. This will affect the overall square footage for performance by the necessary increase or decrease adjustments of the square footage accordingly.
