OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause, FAR 52.236-7 in Section L for the schedule. B. Submission of Proposals 1) Proposal Packages: It shall be submitted by 1400 hours on the closing date of RFP through FBO. 2) Pricing & Technical proposal i) Price schedule and Cost Breakdow n ii) Completion of Section K (5152.204-4032 (Representations and Certifications) C. If the Contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the Contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation.
