Removal work 1. Remove approximately 260 cubic meters topsoil as shown on the drawings. 2. Remove existing fence (height, 2.4 meters, and Length 54 meters) as shown on the drawings. 3. Dispose and haul waste material off the base. B. Construct PCC pavement 1. Provide 200mm of concrete pad including D13 re-bar reinforcements, 150mm containment wall, drain pipe with lockable valve and 500mm base course underneath of pavement as shown on the drawings. 2. Provide 4EA of grounding post. 3. After field survey contractor shall provide shop drawing for slope plan of concrete pad. C. Construct Equipment pad 1. Provide 72 square meters concrete equipment pad including re-bar reinforcements and 400mm base course underneath of pavement as shown on the drawings. D. Construct Truck pad 1. Provide 55 square meters concrete truck pad including re-bar reinforcements and 500mm base course underneath of pavement as shown on the drawings. E. Install fence 1. Install 60 meters of new fence (height, 2.1 meters, type FE-6, single arm) as shown on the drawings. F. Self Contained Above Tank (SCAT) moving and installing. 1. Move the SCAT and manifolds from the temporary site to the permanent site, then install the SCAT. The tank shall be grounded with copper clad ground rod.
