1. SCOPE OF WORK: The work to be performed under the terms of this contract for completion of this project shall be as described below. 1.1. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and any other resources necessary to accomplish the requirements of this contract contained herein and as included in the contract specifications (STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR O&MA PROJECTS, KOREA, 2014) and drawings which form a part of this contract. The contractor shall paint the interior of middle & high schools, building multi. 1.2. The contractor shall apply MPI 47 (Interior alkyd semi-gloss, MPI gloss level 5) and MPI 54 (Interior latex semi-gloss, MPI gloss level 5, IAW O&MA standard technical specifications Section 09 90 00) paint for the interior of the buildings. The local MPI 47 products manufactured by KCC, KCI, NOROO and local MPI 54 products manufactured by KCC, KCI were approved by the Government. - MPI 47, Color No: FSC 595C 26293 for metal, ferrous and non-ferrous surface - MPI 54, Color No: FSC 595C 25630 for walls - MPI 54, Color No: FSC 595C 27880 for restroom ceiling 2. PRINCIPLE WORK FEATURES (REMOVAL): N/A 3. PRINCIPLE WORK FEATURES (INSTALLATION): This project includes, but is not limited to, the following principles features of installation. (See attached floor plan) (a) General - All doors, windows, flooring and office workstation shall be covered by plastic covering. Yellow colored area does not need painting. - Apply primer, intermediate and topcoat on CMU, concrete wall, gypsum board wall and ceiling area. - Conduct thorough surface preparation on walls for damaged areas. - Steel door frames and doors shall be painted not including mechanical rooms. - HVAC duct and ceiling structure shall be painted after deteriorated surface removal. - Wooden doors shall not be painted. 1) B-470 (Auditorium) Height 19', need scaffolding or scissor lift Wall + Ceiling: All area shall be painted Wall: Hallways, RM# C102-C111. 8 EA 2) B-471 (Admin) Wall + Ceiling: Stairways Wall: B106-B210, C201, 16 EA 3) B-472 (HS classrooms and cougar café) Open below Height 42', need scaffolding or scissor lift. Wall + Ceiling: Stairways HVAC duct shall be repainted, interior SSMR surface shall not be painted. Handrails and window frame 4) B-473 (Gym) Height 34', need scaffolding or scissor lift. Wall + Ceiling: Gym, locker room, existing steel structure not include inside of roof panel Wall: Hallways 5) B-492 (Gym) Height 34', need scaffolding or scissor lift. Wall + Ceiling: Gym, stairways, locker room, truss not including inside of roof surface. Wall: Office area, classrooms, hallways. 6) B-493 (Music facility) Height 24', 21' and 18', need scaffolding or scissor lift. Wall + Ceiling: Classrooms, stairways Wall: Office area, hallways, 5100-5107, 7 EA 7) B-494 Wall + Ceiling: Stairways Wall: Office area, hallways, classrooms, 300-408 15 EA, S1011 1 EA (b) Contractor must complete all type of paperworks for this project before summer break. Contractor is responsible for move of wall and furniture, then place those items back on the walls and all cleaning work area after paint work.
