The contractor shall provide and install an air-cooled screw-type chiller with a cooling capacity of 200 nominal tons. The chiller shall meet the requirements outlined in the attached Operations & Maintenance (O&MA) specification and be fully compatible with the existing infrastructure of Building 1014, Military Family Housing Tower, Osan Air Base. Compatibility includes, but is not limited to, integration with the existing piping, electrical systems, mechanical connections, and the HVAC control system, which are currently configured for and operating with Carrier chiller units.
