General Information1.1. Introduction: This is a non-personal services contract to provide inspection, test, maintenance (ITM), and repair natural gas line and its system in Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the personnel rendering the services performing the services herein either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration. Such service contract providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.Description of services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supplies, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, parts, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform inspection, test, maintenance (ITM), and repair of natural gas line and system described and defined in this PWS.
