This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal or quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks for portable toilets, grease traps unit, septic tanks and lift stations located Osan Air Base, Korea as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
