GENERAL: The work to be performed for completion of this project shall be as described in general below. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein and as included in the drawings and specifications. All work shall be completed IAW specifications and standards referenced in section 3 and drawings associated with this project. Contract Type: This project is an individual Work Plan Task Order under the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) issued by the 411th CSB, Korea. The task order proposal submission requirements are as below. Unless otherwise specified in the Task Order RFP, the Contractor shall provide the following in response to a task order RFP. Price Proposal Offer Breakdown: The quantity of all materials and labors in the offer breakdown shall be prepared based on the contract drawing and manufacturer’s technical datasheet with materials coverage rates provided by manufacturer. Government provides 30% of concept design for the contract and contractor will accomplish and submit 100% design. Following design data and drawings shall be submitted pre-award (Technical Evaluation Purpose) and post-award (100% design submittal). Required conceptual drawings for technical evaluation purpose (Pre-award proposal) Site plan/Removal/Demolition plan Profile and section detail drawings for reinforced retaining wall (B930 & B1012) Earth shoring plan Grading plan for B1012 Gravel parking lot plan for B930 Section for road widening for B930 Required final drawings after contract award (Post-award submittal) Site plan/Removal/Demolition plan Profile and section detail drawings for reinforced retaining wall (B930 & B1012) Earth shoring plan Grading plan for B1012 Gravel parking lot plan for B930 Section for road widening for B930 Details for concrete stairway, handrail for B1012 Details for storm drainage for B1012 Construction, contraction, expansion joint plans for retaining walls Final drawing package submittal including details and plans of each project areas shall be submitted within 30 days after pre-construction meeting. Ownership of Construction Drawings: The Government shall take full ownership of the drawings submitted with the proposal and after contract award.
