ROK will directly pay the contractor. No appropriated funds of the United States (US) shall be obligated for payment due under this contract. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide inspection, test, maintenance and minor adjustment repair services for Dorm Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment by means of firm fixed price (FFP) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) and requirement CLIN contract. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
