So many solicitations (about vehicles purchasing) don't have the Certificate requirement. "Only Korean vehicle manufacturer or its authorized dealership may submit the proposal". A1. All the certifications stated on the combined synopsis should submit to the contract agency. They are essentail document to get approval from ROK MND. Q2. For two pick up truck, 2.2 Diesel are no longer available in Korea due to vehicle emission safety code. Instead of Diesel, LPG or new substitutional engine will be designed in November 2023. Is it acceptable if LPG or new substitutional engine will be proposed? A2. No. Disel only.
