GENERAL: The project shall comply with the “Standard Technical Specifications for O&MA Projects, Korea (2014 OMA SPECS & SPEC REVISION 1)” the latest version issued by the Department of the Army, Installation Management Command and it can be downloaded from the website https://www.usfk.mil/Portals/105/Documents/Contracting/NewContract/2014-OMA- SPECS_REVISION-1.pdf 1 Work by Contractor: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein as listed below and in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
