The work to be performed for completion of this project shall be in general as described below and executed by the contractor. Work by Contractor: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein as listed below and in accordance with the drawings, sketches, and specifications. 1. Provide double steel pipe scaffolding around the building including fabricating and dismantling. 2. Clean and prepare the concrete surfaced areas with water jet cleaning such as exterior arched roof, roof over baffle, exterior wall of baffle, exterior wall of bulkhead & rear to apply acrylic fluid-applied water proofing coating system. 3. After removing any loose debris and contamination from the existing pits or holes or cracks all over the concrete surfaced areas, fill them with elastic putty so they are flush with the surrounding substrate. 4. Apply primer (0.06mm) – first intermediate coat (0.6mm) - reinforcing fabric - second intermediate coat (0.6mm) - top coat (0.05mm) on the concrete surfaced areas according to the manufacturer’s standard procedure of acrylic fluid-applied water proofing coating system.
