The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, and coordination, necessary to perform non-personal services as the Civilian Contract Accompanist for the Catholic Congregation located at Osan Air Base, Korea. The contractor shall work independently and shall not be subject to the supervision or control of the Government to provide services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement for non-personal service Accompanist for the Catholic Congregation in support of the Osan Air Base Chapel, Korea is determined commercial in nature and can readily be available in the commercial market. This non-personal service is determined not inherently governmental in nature, in accordance with FAR Par 7.5.
