THIS IS AN OSAN AB-- (NON-) / WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY: Proposals for this requirement are being solicited ONLY from the contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC Contractors w ill not be considered for award. CONTRACT NO: W91QVN-18-D-0056, 0057, 0059, 0060, 0062, 0064, 0065, 0066, 0069, 0070, 0071, 0073, 0074, 0076, and 0077. A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause in Section L for the schedule. B. Submission of Proposals (1) Proposal Packet: It shall be submitted by 1400 hours on the closing date of RFP via email. (2) Pricing & Technical Proposal a. Price and Bidding Schedule w ith Sub-CLINs b. Offer Breakdown c. Completion of Section K (Contractor's Tax Exemption Declaration) C. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the date and time specified in this solicitation.
