The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, system testing equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation to perform maintenance, painting, cleaning, troubleshooting, inspection and repair to all Fuel Storage Tanks, leak detection systems, and the supply and return fuel lines to the boiler systems. The work includes maintenance of Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), and day-tanks to include valves, fuel gauges, fittings, leak detectors systems, electrical and mechanical components, and supply/return piping up to shut-off valve before the equipment it serves.
