DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under the terms of this contract for completion of this project shall be as described below: The contractor shall be responsible to furnish all personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and any other resources necessary to accomplish the requirements of this contract contained herein and as included in the contract specifications and included on the contract drawings which form a part of this contract. 1.2. The contractor shall submit DD Form 1354 and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Data for the provided equipment, product, or system, defining the importance of system interactions, troubleshooting, and long-term preventive operation and maintenance. 1.3. The contractor shall comply with the specification in OMA standard. 1.4. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete and workable control system for the installation. PRINCIPLE WORK FEATURES (REMOVAL) : This project includes, but is not limited to, the following principles removal features : The contractor shall be responsible to remove the existing ACCU, AHU, related pipe with parts and construction debris.
