51st Civil Engineer Squadron seeks vendor that provide services to perform an annual inspection of all 48 elevators in Osan AFB that are over currently manufacturer's warranty to ensure reliable and c... 51st Civil Engineer Squadron seeks vendor that provide services to perform an annual inspection of all 48 elevators in Osan AFB that are over currently manufacturer's warranty to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall document the inspections in each elevator and shall also provide documentation/report within thirty (30) calendar days after the inspection to the COR. The document/report shall show that certifying the inspection has been completed according to Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, ASME 17.1 regulations and IAW ASME A17.2 Guide for Inspection of Elevators, Escalators and Moving-Walkways, AFI 91-230 para. 10.7.4, Air force Consolidated Occupational Safety Instruction and/or the ROK Government authorized instruction and/or prevailing industry standards/regulations and/or manufacturer's specification. If different codes/regulations conflicts, the contractor shall comply with higher standard codes/regulations for better elevator safety.
