The Beta SAM.Gov unavailability is limited to ONLY Beta SAM.Gov server problem not individual failure/problem. All questions should be emailed to matthew.j.jackson78.mil@mail.mil within four (4) days after the solicitation is issued. The electronic bid shall be submitted by the closing date and time of the solicitation. Partial quotation will not be acceptable. The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the Notice ID. The correct Notice ID for this Solicitation is W90VN6-20-R-0003.
