This is for Small Business Concerns only located in the North Carolina area: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, necessary to install repair and maintain the Bizhub 754e copier for the Special Warfare Medical Group (Airborne) building 5-3845, Combat Medic Drive, Fort Bragg, NC. The service and maintenance agreement shall include: toner, drums and consumables, preventive maintenance kits, machine parts and labor costs, scheduled maintenance checks, and normal service calls. Emergency service calls require no later than a 4 hour response time. Maintenance Agreement is for a base and four (4) years with 768,000 copies per year. Please see Statement of Work
