RFQ# W912L2-22-Q-0005 AUTO PARTS This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 13 in conjunction FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal. This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; quotations are being requested and no further solicitation will be made. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811111 General Automotive Repair. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (SAMS) at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number is: W912L2-22-Q-0005. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The award will be FIRM FIXED PRICE, FOB DESTINATION. Quotes are due via email to the Contracting Specialist: Thomas.w.mckendry.civ@army.mil with RFQ# W912L2-22-Q-0005 in the SUBJECT line by 1500 SAST 14 March 2022. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cage code are required with quote submission. Offerors are encouraged to check the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov for any amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation. This acquisition is RESTRICTED to only properly credentialed businesses authorized to conduct business in Saudi Arabia. You will be required to provide documentation of your Company’s Commercial Registration and your General Authority for Zakat and Tax Certificate with Quote Submission. The Office of the Program Manager – Saudi Arabian National Guard is requiring: Assorted Motor Vehicle Parts Quotes will be submitted in the following format: Please supply your quote on your letterhead using the format provided for the required supplies. All prices must be submitted in SAR and you shall provide a separate column for the 15% Saudi Arabian Value Added Tax. (VAT) The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-04 Effective 01 January 2022. Supplies will be delivered to Khasm-Al-An military base, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. All quoted supplies must be able to be delivered within 30 days of contract award. Quotes shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days after quote submission. The Vendor will be required to follow all access procedures and policies to access Khasm-Al-Am Military Base and will be required to obtain access prior to delivery of the auto parts. The Vendor will be given instructions after award on access procedures and policies.
