Office of Program Management- Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – the U.S. Government (USG) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This RFI does not commit USG to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. 1.0 Background The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island in support of OPM SANG is seeking to identify sources that could provide the shipment of eighty (80) standard shipping boxes as described in 2.0 Scope below. 2.0 Scope There are 80 contract file boxes at that need to be palletized and shipped from 9275 Gunston Rd., Suite 2100, Bldg. 1450 Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5546 to 1850 East 53rd Street, Suite 6 Davenport, IA 52807. Please note each contract file box has a dimension of 15 ½” x 12 ½" and each box is considered full with paper of various sizes and some boxes may contain CD-ROM discs or DVDs. 3.0 Instructions The USG is submitting this RFI to obtain critical feedback from industry. Those who submit a response are advised that the USG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. No classified, confidential or sensitive information shall be included in your response. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the USG. 4.0 Responses All interested parties shall submit their responses to the Government No Later Than 2:00 p.m. CT 18 July 2022 via email to Mr. Armando Trigueros Jr at armando.trigueros.civ@army.mil and Ms. Alissa Rohm at Alissa.s.rohm.civ@army.mil. Do not submit a proposal or quote. Responses shall include the following information with the capability statements: a) Company Name: b) CAGE Code: c) Company address: d) Point of Contact: phone number and email address e) Business size status under the following NAICs code: 484121 Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the USG, please segregate proprietary information, if applicable. Please be advised that all submissions become USG property and will not be returned. Any capability statement submitted in response to this RFI shall be no more than three (3) pages, single-spaced, using Arial 12-point font and shall include a response to the following questions: a) What is the estimated lead time from issuance of notice to proceed to freight pickup for shipment? b) What is the rough order of magnitude estimate from your company for this shipping requirement? The Government will not accept marketing materials or company brochures and is not interested in a response that cannot meet all requirements described within this RFI.
