Power Distribution and Illumination Systems, Electrical (PDISE)
The Army’s PM E2S2, through ACC-APG Belvoir Division, issued this Sources Sought/RFI for market research on build-to-print manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery of the PDISE family of ruggedized tactical electrical power distribution equipment. The effort covers four Government-owned TDP end items—M200, M100, M40, and M46—excluding the M60 A/P Distribution System—using MIL-DTL-53126 and associated specifications. Vendors are asked to demonstrate capabilities in heavy electrical cable assembly, Class L connectors, circuit breaker integration, CARC painting, military packaging, quality/configuration control, supply-chain resilience, past performance, and ROM unit pricing across quantity ranges. First Article Testing would require two units per configuration within 180–360 days after contract award, with target milestones of first article fabrication by about 180 DACA, FAT completion/report by about 360 DACA, and production delivery after FAT approval. The Government will use responses to assess industry capacity and potential small business set-aside feasibility under NAICS 335999/335313.
