This is a market research request to identify sources capable of manufacturing, delivering, and repairing Second Generation FLIR Commanders Independent Thermal Viewers (CITVs) and spare components. Deliveries for new procurements are required no later than 18 months after receipt of award. The place of performance is Fort Belvoir, VA. There is no government funding for development and test, and respondents must have the capability to handle SECRET-level information. The government does not possess a complete technical data package for the system.
