The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to research potential vendors for the procurement of services in support of Program Management Ground Sensors (PM GS) for integrated product and sustaining engineering support, field service representatives (FSRs), and hardware incidental to services, in support of the Husky Mounted Detection Systems (HMDS). Support would include, but would not be limited to, HMDS technical services; engineering changes; depot level maintenance; training for HMDS operators and field level maintenance providers; HMDS technical, logistics, and management data; and procurement of non-proprietary hardware. Additionally, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) would support material procurement activities for the purchase, warehousing/kitting management, transportation, and shipping of proprietary and non-proprietary systems and spare and repair parts necessary to satisfy requirements for continued production, sustainment, worldwide fielding, and life-cycle management of the HMDS fleet. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement as requested in the "HMDS Instruction to Vendors" attachment. There is a 25 page limit to this submission. Responses shall be submitted by e-mail to Megan Pirog, megan.e.pirog.civ@army.mil and Ariel Martin, ariel.j.martin2.civ@army.mil. All questions must be submitted by email no later than noon EST 28 June 2023.
