******AMENDMENT 0005****** Amendment 0005 makes the following three (3) clarifications: 1) No portion of Section G needs to be completed or signed by the Offeror OR included and submitted in proposal ... ******AMENDMENT 0005****** Amendment 0005 makes the following three (3) clarifications: 1) No portion of Section G needs to be completed or signed by the Offeror OR included and submitted in proposal Volume V. 2) Offerors must complete Section K from the original Request for Proposal dated 12 December 2022 and include and submit in proposal Volume V. 3) In accordance with Section L, Volume IV Small Business Participation, (1) All Offerors (both large and small businesses) are required to complete a Small Business Participation Commitment Document (Attachment 0007) and a Small Business Subcontracting Plan (other than small business ONLY). Offerors shall propose the level of participation of small business (as a small business prime and/or small business subcontractors) in the performance of the acquisition relative to the objectives/goals set forth in the evaluation of this area. ******AMENDMENT 0004****** Amendment 0004 updates “Attachment 0006 - Pricing Model” and replaces it with “AMD 0004 Attachment 0006 – Pricing Model”. Please use “AMD 0004 Attachment 0006 – Pricing Model” when submitting proposal. In addition, this amendment clarifies that CLIN 0047 will be used to order additional individual CDRLs on an ad hoc basis during the ordering period of the contract. ******AMENDMENT 0003****** AMENDMENT 0003 extends the proposal due date one week to Thursday 09 February 2023 noon EST and clarifies that the Past Performance Questionnaires are due 16 February 2023. ******AMENDMENT 0002****** AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to post responses to Industry questions and update the Solicitation (sections B, F, H, J, L, M) and relevant attachments (0001 SOW, 0002 P-SPEC, 0006 PRICING MODEL, 0011 PPQ, CDRLS A007, A027, A047). In addition to the responses to Industry Questions, the following updates were made:: ATTACHMENT 0006 – PRICING MODEL “INSTRUCTION SHEET” TAB, #1, CHANGED “CELL F131” TO “CELL F132”. ATTACHMENT 0001 – STATEMENT OF WORK, SECTION 3.2.3, CHANGED “3.2.7.2.2” TO “3.2.7.1.3”. THIS CAUSED A REVISION TO CDRL A027 CHANGING “GOVERNMENT REQUIRES 15 CALENDAR DAYS FOR REVIEW” TO “GOVERNMENT REQUIRES 45 CALENDAR DAYS FOR REVIEW”.
