The Humanitarian Demining Research & Development Program (HD R&D) Program executed out of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Research and Technology Integration Directorate (RTI) located at Fort Belvoir, VA, has a need for services to support research, engineering, development, test and evaluation of new and existing military and HD detection technologies in support of worldwide demining operations.
