The objective is to conduct a technical refresh of the Near Real Time Identity Operations (NRTIO) SEEK II and the Jump Kit, (hereafter, referred to as the new Biometric Collection Kits). The technical refresh will include the procurement of the collection kits, the interoperability between the collection kits and the NRTIO Regional Forward Server (being replaced with the NRTIO GovCloud), obtaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for the collection kits, creation of limited training materials, and deploying the new Biometric Collection Kits to NRTIO users.
