The US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Belvoir Division and PM Force Protection Systems is seeking information for a key management service (KMS) solution for its programs. Vendors shall provide KMS solutions that meet the following technical requirements: KIMP 1.4 as required by VSAN 6.7 Encryption 13 physically separated systems with no network communications Each system will require a minimum 7 connections to the KMS server (the vCenter and each ESXi host will be connecting to the KMS server) Requires High Availability, without relying on VMware (KMS solution / will run outside of ESXi environment). No Hardware (virtual / software appliance only) Perpetual licences 12 months of maintenance support Vendor Response Requirements: All material submitted in response to this RFI must be unclassified. Itemized breakout of software/support and costs to meet the KMS requirement identified. Identify how KMS requirements are met with solution. Please answer the following questions within your company response: Is your company interested in proposing for any future potential contract for the above products? Yes or No? a. If yes, please indicate if your company is a small business and provide small business status. b. If no, please briefly explain. Please include the following with your response: a. Company name and CAGE and DUNS Code. b. Point of contact and email address c. Provide verify your NAICS Code and FSC/PSC Code for your related products. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD. This request is issued for the purpose of developing a viable RFP that will best communicate the Government's requirements to industry through this exchange of information. Responses to this request are voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, an RFP – Request for Proposal is released. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this request. Proprietary information shall NOT be submitted. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. No award will be made as a result of this request. The Government will not pay for any information and/or materials received in response to this request for information and is in no way obligated by the information received. This request is for informational purposes only to promote exchanges of information with industry.
