This is a notice to announce an upcoming Request for White Paper (RFWP) through the Sensors, Communications, and Electronics Consortium (SCEC) for the Development, Research, and Engineering of the Agile Virtual Enclave (AVE) effort. This project aims to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) for a communication device between U.S. Armed Forces tactical systems and Mission Partner Environment (MPE). This device will provide the same level of access, security, and transfer cross domain solution (CDS) capabilities, that is currently in a fixed Enterprise environment, into a Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) constrained form factor for the Tactical Environment. The project will provide multiple security enclaves on a single platform using software separation within existing hardware. This request is issued according to the authority provided under 10 U.S.C. 2371b, Other Transaction Authority. Only members of the Sensors Communications and Electronics Consortium (SCEC) in good standing are eligible to participate in this opportunity. If interested in becoming an SCEC consortium member, please visit the following link to the SCEC Website for membership information. WWW.SCECONSORTIUM.NET
