The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Belvoir Division, on behalf of the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) Product Manager Ground Sensors (PM GS) is responsible for the Horizontal Technology Integration (HTI) Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) Biocular Image Control Units (BICU) systems, spares and repair parts to support existing Army and emerging Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The action will be sole source contract modification with Palomar Display Products increasing the contract ceiling through the end of the current contract performance period on 12 February 2020. It is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) effort.
