The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to change the procurement strategy from a Small Business Set Aside to Unrestricted/Full and Open Competition, revise the delivery date period of performance for OPTION CLINs 0003 and 0004 from 4 August 2022 thru 3 August 2023 to "up to 365 days after receipt of award", and extend the closing date from 22 July 2022 to 31 August 2022 at 4pm central. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate additional evaluation criteria into the Solicitation Narrative regarding experience and technical compliance, revise the Timeline of Deliverables to remove deliverables of CLINs 0001 and 0002 by August 30, 2022, update the Period of Performance (POP) for CLINs 0003 and 0004, and extend the closing date to July 22, 2022 at 4pm central time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the delivery date for CLINs 0001 and 0002 and extend the closing date to June 23, 2022 at 4pm central time.
