Army Contracting Command - Rock Island has a requirement for Power Take Off Units in support of Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Power Take Off Unites are in accordance with (IAW) Drawing 12378814. This solicitation is issued IAW FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisiton Procedures).
