Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking vendors with the capability to provide 424 Feet of Glass Fiber Type S-2 and 236 Feet of Glass Fiber Type E and 3,441 Feet of Aramid Fiber in support of the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).
