The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W9098S21Q0007 for the procurement of L&W INDUSTRIAC X-RAY EQUIPMENT TROUBLESHOOT & REPAIR MODEL S3X300 in accordance with Scope of Work (SOW) – “X-RAY 34355 REPAIR SOW - AUG 21, 2020”, in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). The result of this solicitation will be an unpriced purchase order issued in accordance with FAR 13.302-2. The Period of Performance (POP) will be 1 (one) year.
