UPDATE 7-08-2020 ACC-RI hereby notifies industry of the release of Solicitation W9098S20Q0076. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby notifies industry of the upcoming procurement of the following items: Item 0001: Spring Disc, IAW DIN 2093 or EN 16983, Dimensional series B, Except for the protective finish. OD =40 mm, ID = 20.4 mm, Thickness = 1.50 mm, Free overall height = 2.65 mm. Protective finish shall be IAW the requirements of ASTM F1941/F1941M. Coating designation Fe/Zn8 (0.008 mm) with a trivalent chromium post treatment. FInal finish shall be light blue in color. Item 0002: Washer Spring Lock B12, OD= 21.1 max, ID== 12.2 min, Thickness =2.5=/-1 mm, spring lock washer type: form B- square ends, spring steel UNS G10550 - G01650 or alloy Steel UNS G41400, with ASTM F1941 type Fe/Zn SBT zinc plating with a Hexalvalent free trivalent post treatment process. Finish to be clear to light blue or stainless steel UNS S30400 or Equivalent min Rc C35, Spring lock washer with square ends. OD=13/16" max, ID =31/64" min. Thickness = 1" +/-.04" with Chemical passivation treatment Nitric 2 or Nitric 3 per ASTM A967. These items directly support Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This soliciation is being competed as 100% Small Buiness Set Aside under NACIS 332722. The anticipated solicitation release date is 08 July 2020.
